We currently do not have any affiliates or vendor network outside the US, however we do ship direct to locations worldwide.
Standard Shipping
We ship worldwide via UPS Ground/UPS International, and often use USPS for shipments to US states and territories.
We can use other carriers such as FedEx or DHL upon request, but due to volume discounts with our preferred carrier, UPS typically offers the best rates.
Freight
Freight is often expensive, but we do our best to use carriers with terminals or partners in your area to minimize cost, all the way to your door.
Upon request, we can coordinate for customer pickup from the carriers dock, so if you are close to the terminal and have a truck or small trailer, additional savings may be possible.
Cost Savings Alternative for Large HF Quads
As an alternative to high cost freight shipments, sourcing you own boom material might be a much better solution for the DIY operator.
While our booms come complete and ready to assemble, if you can run a hand-drill you can make the necessary preparations to accommodate the kitted hardware. The longest items in our large shipments are the 9′ and 12′ boom sections. Some are able to source 24′ lengths, which will make a full MkIII, MkIV or Mantis boom in one piece. An excellent solution. If multiple segments are required (such as 12′ lengths, which are also common), we can provide the necessary couplings to complete the assembly.
Recommended material specifications
- 6061-T6 seamless tubing should be used for all booms. No substitutions!
- Wall Thickness should be a minimum of .050″(1.27mm) but no more than .083″(2.10mm).
- While .125″(3.18mm) is widely available, it is too heavy in our opinion.
- A full 3″(76.2mm)OD is required for our CQS3.0 hub assemblies.
- If 75mm(2.95″) is available, we can bore hubs slightly undersized to accommodate.
